The Racial Justice Book Club provides the opportunity to read thought-provoking books that stimulate conversation about the injustices involving race that happened in the past, and are often still occurring in today’s society. It offers group members a chance to reflect on those happenings and discuss the ways we can help prevent similar injustices in our own communities.

Meetings are typically held on the third Saturday of each month at 10:00 am via Zoom.

The book selection for March is The Failed Promise: Reconstruction, Frederick Douglas, and the Impeachment of Andrew Johnson by Robert S. Levine.

Everyone is invited to take part in these monthly events.

Please check the church calendar for the Zoom link or email Tracey Gruver at traceyrgruver@gmail.com for additional information.
