January 4, Epiphany, 5:30-7 pm, Church-Wide Dinner and Worship Service
Our celebration of the Christmas season concludes with Epiphany. We will gather for a fun, intergenerational church dinner and then move to our Epiphany service. Epiphany commemorates the first revelation to the Gentiles of Jesus Christ as the Savior, when the Christmas star led the Magi to find the new king (Matthew 2:1-12). We will select star words during the service. Some use these words as a “star to follow” for the coming year.
