Wednesday night dinners are an important aspect of our church as family. There are few other times in our lives when we can all come together gathered at table for intergenerational community and fellowship.
Our dinners offer an informal time to share needs and concerns with church family members, as well as good news and celebrations.

Through the programs, prayer, worship and fellowship offered we have opportunities to learn and grow!

September 22, 29, Oct. 3:  Our Sanctuary and Its Symbols
A Three Week Series led Dr. Jerry Beavers

What is the architecture of the First Presbyterian sanctuary? What do all the symbols in the sanctuary mean?  How is the Presbyterian understanding of worship reflected in the way we have designed and arranged our sanctuary? Using slides, discussions, and a guided sanctuary tour, we will explore the rich traditions behind the place where we worship each Sunday. These sessions are certain to enrich your worship experience.

Dr. Jerry Beavers is a choir member and lover of church architecture. He is ordained in the PC(USA) and has taught college classes on Worship and the Arts at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio.
